Manager, Group Human Resource and Administration

Kumpulan Fima Berhad is a dynamic and growing organization operating across multiple industries, including Manufacturing, Bulking, Food, and Plantation. As the investment holding company, we oversee HR and administrative functions across our subsidiaries to ensure cohesive management and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our HR functions and drive impactful initiatives across the group.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Strategic HR Leadership

  1. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the HQ HR team to ensure effective HR operations and cost-efficiency.
  3. Recommend and implement HR strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.
  4. Design and execute training programs to enhance employee competencies.

HR Advisory & Policy Compliance

  1. Provide HR advisory services on recruitment, training, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation, and benefits.
  2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  3. Strengthen company culture and improve employee commitment through effective HR programs.

Industrial & Employee Relations

  1. Foster a positive industrial relations climate and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  2. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic inquiry (DI) proceedings.
  3. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and motivation.

Talent Acquisition & Management

  1. Oversee recruitment efforts to attract skilled professionals.
  2. Implement standardized hiring, onboarding, and career development programs.
  3. Monitor workforce trends to address talent gaps and succession planning.

Performance & Change Management

  1. Develop and implement performance management systems, including reviews and improvement plans.
  2. Lead organizational change management initiatives to support business growth and diversification.

Administrative & Budget Management

  1. Oversee administrative functions, including facilities management and procurement.
  2. Develop and manage HR and administration budgets effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 3-6 years of HR management experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work in a team-based environment under minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
