Responsibilities:

• To handle daily finance operations matters and assists in daily finance operations matters for a few development projects.
• To ensure timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports, analyze and report variances to facilitate management decision making.
• To prepare annual budget, business plan, profit and cash flow forecasts and projections to facilitate the tracking and monitoring of finances performance and results.
• To prepare, monitor and update project feasibility as and when required.
• Responsible for the computation and submission of tax returns to Inland Revenue Board in compliance with the Income Tax Regulations and Rules under Malaysian Income Tax Act.
• To liaise with external and internal auditor, tax agent, and financial institutions on related matters.
• To perform special/ad-hoc projects assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of working knowledge and experience in property development and/or construction industry, particularly in the fields of financial reporting.
• Preferably with at least 3 years external audit experience.
• Work Location: Puchong.
