Handle daily finance operations and related tasks.
Manage and lead a team, providing guidance.
Prepare the full set of monthly financial statements, including reconciliations and tax computations, and generate analysis reports to support management decision-making.
Maintain the accounting, fixed asset and inventory systems.
Prepare the annual budget and forecasts for profit and cash flow, and assist in tracking and monitoring financial performance and results.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
Ensure the company adheres to local tax regulations, including withholding tax and service tax.
Establish, monitor, and maintain accounting controls and procedures.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees, including compliance with payroll regulations.
Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by management, as required.
Requirements for the Role:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the MPERS.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Additional professional certification will be an added advantage.
