Manager, Enterprise IT Operation (Cloud Operations)

The Manager, Enterprise IT Operation (Cloud Operations) is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's cloud infrastructure and operations. This role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud environments, aligning cloud strategies with business goals to support operational excellence. The Manager will lead a team of IT professionals, implement cloud policies, and manage relationships with cloud service providers to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.

Develop and Manage Strategies:

1. Develop and manage Cloud & Data Center (DC) operational strategies.
2. Drive business operational productivity improvement through integrated and efficient IT programs and systems.
3. Assist in developing, updating, and reviewing the Cloud & DC Strategic Plan in relation to IT Operations.

Operational Planning:

1. Assist in developing and managing the Annual Cloud & DC Operational Plan by defining the IT tactical plan that aligns with the organization's long-term strategic direction.
2. Formulate and manage Cloud & DC strategies and governance plans to ensure proper management of IT operations that reflect stakeholder interests and derive the most value in IT usage.

Innovative Management Practices:

1. Implement and manage innovative management practices to improve Cloud & DC Services Business Unit effectiveness and enhance performance.
2. Formulate and improvise Cloud & DC Policies and Processes by incorporating best practices, lessons learned, and expert feedback.

Service Delivery:

1. Formulate and implement Cloud & DC Service Delivery best practices by deploying and maintaining the ITIL framework.
2. Continuously solicit improved methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing Cloud & DC services.

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

1. Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure and services to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
2. Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions.

Policy And Compliance:

1. Develop and enforce cloud policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Ensure the security of cloud systems and data by implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures.

Vendor Management:

1. Manage relationships with cloud service providers and negotiate service level agreements.
2. Optimize cloud costs and resources by identifying and addressing inefficiencies.

Disaster Recovery:

1. Plan and execute disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime and data loss.

Technical Guidance:

1. Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams as needed.
2. Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

1. Proven experience (minimum of 6 years) in IT operations, including managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure and networks.
2. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.

1. Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, AliCloud, Microsoft Azure), their services, and how they operate.
2. Experience with cloud infrastructure and management.
3. Familiarity with network security and compliance regulations.

1. ITIL Foundation Certification
2. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
3. Project Management Professional (PMP).
4. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
5. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
6. AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate.
7. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Data Center.
8. VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV).
9. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
