Manager, Documentation

Manage daily operational performance of both import and export documentation.

Ensure all SOPs are aligned, review for improvements.

Keep track of KPI results.

Liaise with Finance team for prompt invoicing and payment collections.

Offshore Management:

Oversee and manage offshore team’s performance.

Compliance Management:

Evaluate Commodity Acceptance Policy; communicate to stakeholders.

Refresh and/or advise stakeholders on any compliance regulations or changes which may result in violations if not followed.

People Management:

Ensure the team adhere to strict timelines enforced by respective trade lanes.

Ensure the team is well informed of company’s directions and expectations.

Drive ONE values within the team.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Degree in Business Management, Transport, Logistics, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

8 years of shipping experience, 2 years of leadership experience.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Proven leadership skills.

Analytical.

Proficient in written and spoken English, and MS Office applications.

Good industry knowledge.

Subject matter expert in Import and Export Documentation.
