Manager – Digital Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the SMT/HOD to plan, implement, manage, monitor and improve the company's website and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Work with the SMT/HOD to plan, implement, manage and monitor the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Work with SMT/HOD to launch online advertising via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Media, KOL, etc. to increase online sales, lead generation, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Maintain strict control over user access to company digital assets to prevent unauthorized use.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, marketers and designers to create and publish products, services, images, videos and content to target audiences.
• Manage and deliver monthly KPIs against annual budget and objectives.
• Track, measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web tools & reports (Social Media Insights, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Console, Canva, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc).
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to complete assigned tasks.
• Manage a team of digital marketing executives.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies to apply to our team to achieve better results and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing, e-commerce or advertising role.
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Excellent hands-on experience with e-commerce and digital marketing best practice
• Good experience of website, SEO, e-commerce, social media, FB Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, CRM and chat systems
• Working knowledge of web tools (e.g. WordPress, WooCommerce, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Console, Canva, CapCut, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven, self-starter and a good team leader
• Healthcare-related experience is an added advantage
