We are currently looking for a dynamic Manager, Digital Learning Experience. Apply NOW, you might be the one we are looking for!

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Plan, execute & manage the readiness of course content provision & development on the LMS (CN)
    • Work with programme leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs) and/or SIM providers to plan & prepare self-instructional materials (SIM) for identified courses/ programmes.
    • Provide necessary content development trainings, progress “check-ins” and just-in-time support for SIM providers.
    • Manage (monitor, report, follow-up on) SIM progress.
  2. Digital Teaching & Learning Readiness
    • Plan, manage & conduct/ provide Training on Digital and/or EdTech related areas/ skills to faculty members across the group.
    • Manage Student Online Learning Experience and Engagement on the Institutional LMS (CN).
    • Plan & manage the development of blended/ hybrid/ online courses on CN based on institutional needs (ensuring courses are ready in time for deployment).
    • Ensure semesterly courses are ready for deployment.
    • Ensure academic staff are given access to CN Master courses and course sections.
    • Ensure students are enrolled in their assigned courses in a timely manner.
    • Plan & manage learner’s CN activities – outside of their CN courses.
    • Manage any ad hoc initiatives related to e-learning or CN, the institutional LMS.
  3. Course Audit on Materials & Usage of CN Courses
    • Plan & conduct CN course audits (scheduled as well as required ad hoc audits, if applicable).
    • Report audit findings.
    • Work with Teaching & Learning Unit to plan & carry out required actions to address gaps in content, activities, instructions, student engagement.
  4. Manage Departmental Resources & Assets
    • Manage (review, re-purpose, update/ version control) e-learning documentation and assets, including LMS user policy and guidelines for students & staff, processes, training materials, work templates and other related source & shared files (on department’s SharePoint channels).
    • Provide training, conduct regular team meetings/huddles for team members to empower them to work independently as well as cohesively as a team.
    • Work with Faculty, Registrar, Quality Assurance and/or ICT (when required) to review and prepare e-learning documents and/or materials for regulatory/ approval submissions, audits, reviews, etc.

Educational Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in education, educational technology or related field.

Skills / Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training, education management, instructional designing.
  • Good proficiency of the English Language (spoken and written).
  • Possesses soft skills in managing resources – people, documents and other work-related assets for the department/organisation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in content development software & learning management system – an advantage.
