POSITION SUMMARY
As a Digital Manager, you are responsible for defining and leading the digital marketing, social media, and communication strategy. This role ensures consistency with the overall brand direction and strategy, with a strong emphasis on e-Commerce platforms and social media.
To excel in this role, you need to have in-depth knowledge of local consumer behaviour and can develop full-funnel media activations that drive growth and positive consumer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Strategy & Social Media Management
- Define and lead the digital marketing, social media, and communication strategy, ensuring alignment with brand direction and business objectives.
- Build and expand the brand's social media presence to strengthen brand positioning and engagement.
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly digital content in collaboration with digital agencies to maximize digital presence.
- Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Performance Marketing & Media Planning
- Integrate digital performance-driven ads with influencer programs to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Manage the media budget effectively to optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and set clear objectives and KPIs for online and offline campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and e-Commerce teams to enhance digital media performance and achieve sales and consumer acquisition goals.
- Identify critical conversion points and bounce rate/drop-off points to optimize sales conversion.
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies, including keyword search optimization and digital marketing campaigns via Google AdWords, social media (Facebook, Instagram), and third-party platforms.
Data Analytics & Optimization
- Measure and optimize spending based on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics such as new visitors, conversion rate, and online sales increment.
- Extract and analyze data from web analytics tools (Google Analytics) to derive insights that impact communication strategies and business performance.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and maximize campaign efficiency.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against ROI and KPIs for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Media Agencies, Platform, and Enabler representatives to ensure accurate campaign execution, strategic alignment, and insightful reporting.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and e-Commerce, to drive successful digital initiatives.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and e-Commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in digital performance marketing and media planning.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, and social media advertising.
- Hands-on experience with data extraction and analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize digital spend for maximum ROI.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset to drive business growth through digital channels.
