Job Description:
Fund Raising
Assist in monitoring and evaluation of company's short and long-term sources of funds and funding requirement/capital structuring, including prioritization and distribution of financial resources.
Preparation of information memorandum/prospectuses for fund raising exercises.
Undertake financial modelling and assess and monitor project funding requirements.
Management of due diligence exercise and transaction work stream.
Review of key transaction documents.
Support and liaising with internal departments with analysis, research and information requested for projects, reports and presentations.
Liaison with external parties i.e. bankers, accountants, solicitors and financial experts.
Monitor and ensure compliance of relevant regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures, equity and debt holders covenants and reporting requirements.
Provide relevant inputs to assist finance team in its budgeting/forecast process.
Prepare board papers and presentations.
Treasury
Track and analyze the company's working capital cycle position.
Track the minimum cash requirements of subsidiaries and propose relevant dividend upstreaming opportunities (including preparation of board papers).
Track equity injection requirements as per board approvals for projects.
Review bank guarantees/letter of credit and other trade facilities to be issued.
Assist in monitoring of cash flow and placements requirements.
Assist in providing inputs for budgeting.
Assist in loan monitoring.
Job Requirements:
Candidate with finance, accounting, business administration or economics degree or related professional qualifications. Candidate with ACCA, CFA and/or MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Exposure to relevant transactions through corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or project finance.
Ability to structure deliverable and board papers for Board's approval.
Financial modelling experience and understanding of financial statements with strong financial analysis.
Good written and verbal communication.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Capable of both teamwork and independent problem-solving, while managing multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
