Responsibilities:

• Manage the contract administration team in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, tenders, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, track variations, and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend contractors, consultants, and vendors based on procurement and tendering processes.
• Provide advice on contractual claims, disputes, and contractual obligations to ensure minimal exposure to risk.
• Oversee preparation and certification of interim payments, final accounts, and project close-outs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and internal governance policies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, legal, and finance teams to support project delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and records for audit and reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and construction contract practices to improve contract administration standards.
