What We Look For In You:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts from China/Hong Kong.
• Strong learning ability, execution ability, and high stress tolerance.
• More than one (1) year of community-related work experience.
• Willingness to work in Tun Razak Exchange, within walking distance to MRT TRX.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Formulate a 0-1 operation plan for the community based on business goals, including improving community activity and planning community activities.
• Refine design activities and operation strategies through user profiling and analysis to improve user awareness, stickiness, and retention.
• Explore users’ needs and values, leading the team to improve output.
• Implement community operation plans to cultivate team capabilities and achieve transformation goals.
