Manager - Commercial Safety & Fleet Management

Your role at HEINEKEN

As a Manager - Commercial Safety & Fleet Management, you will be responsible for the safety of the Commercial team and its respective health agenda/policies.

In this role, you will:

1. Be responsible for telematics management to promote and drive safe driving behavior
2. Define and update safety regulations and personal protective equipment supply
3. Carry out risk assessments
4. Prepare, coordinate and conduct safety trainings
5. Elaborate safety and environmental reports, follow up on KPIs
6. Preparation of safety audits and inspections, participation in execution
7. On-time In-full work incident/accident investigation and 12 Rules reporting
8. Ensuring compliance with HEINEKEN's health and safety standards regulations
9. Commercial fleet management and budget
10. Support safety and environmental TPM/CAL activities
11. Contributing to the Corporate Sustainability Program

Key Requirements:

1. Degree in Safety (nice to have, not mandatory)
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in S&H area or commercial functions
3. Fluent English
4. Deep passion to excel in knowledge of safety & health, to make a difference in the workplace and people’s lives
5. Strong interpersonal/leadership skills and experience
6. Proactive and agile
7. Ability to work independently
8. Team-player attitude
9. Has a valid driving licence and willingness to travel (between the company's domestic sites)
