As a Manager - Commercial Safety & Fleet Management, you will be responsible for the safety of the Commercial team and its respective health agenda/policies.
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for telematics management to promote and drive safe driving behavior
Define and update safety regulations and personal protective equipment supply
Carry out risk assessments
Prepare, coordinate and conduct safety trainings
Elaborate safety and environmental reports, follow up on KPIs
Preparation of safety audits and inspections, participation in execution
On-time In-full work incident/accident investigation and 12 Rules reporting
Ensuring compliance with HEINEKEN's health and safety standards regulations
Commercial fleet management and budget
Support safety and environmental TPM/CAL activities
Contributing to the Corporate Sustainability Program
Key Requirements:
Degree in Safety (nice to have, not mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in S&H area or commercial functions
Fluent English
Deep passion to excel in knowledge of safety & health, to make a difference in the workplace and people’s lives
Strong interpersonal/leadership skills and experience
Proactive and agile
Ability to work independently
Team-player attitude
Has a valid driving licence and willingness to travel (between the company's domestic sites)
