Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemical Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the chemical sector, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of chemical products and the market especially in SE Asia and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets.
Provide technical support and product training to customers and sales staff.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company and its products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.
Strong knowledge of chemical products and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
