This role is directly to support Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), by conducting data analytics exercises, analyse data, and conducting specialized research/studies – which these activities are integral to planning, assessing service quality, benchmarking cybersecurity practices, and measuring operational performance and effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and gather relevant business, technical, and operational data from various sources within the TM organization, within the purview of Group Information Security (GIS).
• Drive the extraction, collection, organization, curation, and analysis of data to support GIS decision-making and fulfil GIS reporting and communication requirements. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Develop and execute data analytics strategies that align with GIS and TM's business objectives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for GIS, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Implement and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Conduct quality review checks on data deliverables from GIS stakeholders, analyse operational reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights on trends.
• Conduct research and generate regular reports and presentations on cybersecurity industry benchmarks, standards, trends, and best practices to stay informed about the latest developments.
• Implement process automation and digitization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor process changes and evaluate their impact on operational effectiveness.
• Plan, implement, and ensure compliance with quality standards (ISMS) across the division.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Cybersecurity or equivalent field of study.
• Professional certification in Data Analytic, Engineering or related to job scope will be an added advantage.
