What you'll do:

  • Takes ownership and lead a diversified team to support the Business Development teams in the EU and ME at a high level of operational efficiency/accuracy.

  • Drives and motivates team performance by building rapport and developing team members to ensure growth.

  • Guides and coaches team members on expectations and continuous improvement by communicating direction and goals through regular and clear feedback.

  • Proactively asks for and gives feedback upwards/downwards/horizontally to ensure a high level of communication across a geographically scattered Business Unit.

  • Identifies gaps and inefficiencies in targets, team performance and/or existing processes and procedures to increase the quality of business development.

  • Understands and analyzes team performance reports for management updates to make data-driven decisions for better outcomes.

  • Leads the optimization of processes, procedures and guidelines to improve BU output.

  • Completes additional tasks and projects as assigned as a role model to ensure the effective implementation of company policies and procedures.

What you'll need:

  • Proven ability to develop, manage and retain high quality talent.

  • Operational excellence mindset and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.

  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively adapt to varied situations.

  • Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, able to gather and synthesize data from multiple sources.

  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.

  • English language skills are a must.
