Manager, Bio-Medical Engineering Department

Effective resource management that includes manpower, budget, equipment & plants, facilities & tools, outsourced third parties etc.

• Ensure adherence of all relevant authority, quality and other local/international standards and requirements with regard to medical equipment.
• Provide advisory roles and manage the medical equipment life cycle that includes asset database, acquisition, operation & maintenance, asset cost, decommissioning etc.

Qualifications

• Masters/Degree holder in Bio-medical/Electronics Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge in Equipment Management & Safety, knowledge in medical equipment operation and maintenance.
• Good project management skills in medical equipment new installation or refurbishment.
• Strong leadership with good verbal & written communication skills.
• Team player and proactive.
• Familiar with all relevant authority and quality standards & requirements on healthcare setup.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in leading and managing the hospital Bio-medical Engineering services.
• Overall minimum 12 years of hospital working experience in Bio-medical engineering services.
