Job Description

OVERVIEW

• Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Ensure user satisfaction with IT services by managing projects, resolving reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the responsible professionals.
• Develop and embed effective IT risk management frameworks, policies, methodologies, and procedures.
• Monitor the implementation of IT risk management frameworks and policies.
• Develop, enhance, implement, and maintain IT governance and policies, including frameworks, roadmaps, and processes.
• Ensure that IT governance and policies are updated frequently by performing research, making recommendations, and managing the implementation of required IT standards.
• Conduct annual reviews of IT governance and policies and obtain annual endorsements.
• Identify and manage gaps in governance effectiveness for IT controls and projects, and identify opportunities for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field in IT.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the related field is required.
