Prepare consolidated financial statements for quarterly announcement and financial statutory reporting in compliance with Bursa Listing Requirements, MFRS & Companies Act 2016
Compile and prepare quarterly report for Audit Committee and Board of Directors' meeting
Assist the preparation of Annual Report
Liaise with auditors, bankers, solicitors, company secretary and tax agents pertaining to finance, accounts, secretarial and tax matters
Coordinate the preparation of Annual Budget
Review routine management information including financial accounts, budget and cash flow management
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Department
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time
Manage internal control system and accounting information system
Qualification and/or Experience Required:
Professional Qualification in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent
At least 5 years relevant working experience in Construction, Property Development division or Audit
Resourceful and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
