Job Description

• Lead all NPI builds and commit the schedule to POM.
• Lead/Manage product launches from development to production environment.
• Manage the plan, resources, time, and tasks of the NPI cross-functional teams, coordinating the completion of milestones with critical product development program goals and available resources.
• Develop ramp-up plan for new products and conduct manufacturing readiness reviews (MRR) & postmortem.
• Supervise the readiness activities, communicating and driving priorities, and resolving technical, resources, and other issues with cross-functional teams to facilitate achieving the overall business goals.
• Facilitate phase review vs gating criteria (design to HVM – target yields, test time/UPH, Cpk, DPPM, Capacity, Materials, etc).
• Facilitate the transition of NPI handoff to sustaining Core Team for new products. Official hand-off will happen upon LPR.
• Develops and presents program status and review information (One Stop Product Health Dashboard) to department/corporate groups resulting in influencing the direction or decisions.
• Overall manufacturing process knowledge.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written in English.
• Good communication skills, ability to understand a problem, structure the analysis needed to solve it, and come up with innovative and insightful solutions and recommendations.
• Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with changes.
