The General Manager (GM) of the Chamber plays an executive leadership role in managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the organization fulfills its mission to support local and Spanish businesses in Malaysia as well as networking and economic development of its members.
GM will be in charge of preparing meetings, including board and members meetings, setting goals, contributing to the digital transformation of the Chamber, and ensuring accountability and transparency.
GM will take care in the relation with other existing Chambers of Commerce in Malaysia, engaging with public and private stakeholders, dynamizing with different events representing the sectors of interest (F&B, Technology, Industrial, Sports, Hospitality...), bringing networking opportunities, and playing an active role in marketing and branding as well as advocacy for the interests of the members.
