Introduction

In this role, you will help run small projects that connect our online and offline shopping experiences, ensuring a smooth journey for customers across all platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in planning, tracking, and analyzing project performance in a fast-paced environment. You will also work closely with store teams, website staff, IT, and tech vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly and aligns with our omni-channel strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the rollout of small projects that enhance our omni-channel experience (connecting in-store and online shopping).
2. Monitor project performance, spot areas that need improvement, and suggest practical solutions.
3. Work closely with teams from our physical stores (DTC) and online platforms (brand.com) to gather and analyze useful data.
4. Coordinate with the IT team and external tech vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
5. Help develop clear procedures and best practices to improve how we do omni-channel operations.
6. Create reports and presentations to keep senior management updated on progress and performance.
7. Join regular meetings with team members to discuss updates, challenges, and next steps.
8. Assist with admin tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining project documents, and coordinating logistics.
9. Stay up to date on the latest retail and tech trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirement:

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
6. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
7. Previous experience or coursework in omni-channel strategies, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.
8. Familiarity with IT systems and the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams and vendors.
