Management Trainee, Application Technologist (Ink Chemist)

• Implementation of products and technologies (Siegwerk’s Intermediate Concept) to support SEA business growth and alignment with the regional BU strategies.
• Utilizing Siegwerk’s Intermediate technology to formulate products to meet customer needs and print requirements.
• Constantly work on cost-effectiveness of the formulation focusing on cost optimization.
• Assist in product range management in terms of system updates, stocking levels, SKU rationalization, and safety stock planning.
• Efficient project and resource management to achieve defined objectives on time with consideration of costs and performance.
• Perform benchmarking to meet market needs.
• All additional tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior.
• Adhere to quality, safety, health, and environment policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply or with experience of less than 3 years.
• Must not be color blind.
• Good communication and writing skills in English.
• Interest in working in the ink/chemical industry.
