Job Description:

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in sales and business operations. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to gain insights into the company’s operations, strategies, and processes.

1. Business Operations (2 positions):

• Assist in analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.

2. Sales & Marketing (2 positions):

• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by assisting in client acquisition, account management, and sales strategy execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, manage social media platforms, and analyze campaign performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.

Qualifications:

• Beverage-loving, passion in beverage industry.
• Fresh Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Able to communicate in mandarin is an advantage.
