Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee at Solarvest, you will undergo an intensive training program that prepares you for a leadership role within the company. This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, strategic goals, and project management methods in the renewable energy sector.

During the course of your training, you will:

• Rotate through various departments such as Design, Operations & Maintenance, Pre-Construction, and Project Management to understand the workflow and challenges in each area
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives
• Assist in the execution of ongoing projects, providing support to project managers and team leads
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and innovations
• Work closely with senior leaders who will mentor you throughout the program
• Complete challenging assignments and projects, showcasing your skills, initiative, and commitment to the organization
• Prepare and present reports on your findings and progress
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
