About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Management System Executive to join our team at MTD Industries Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in Taman Desa Cemerlang Johor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our company's management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to support the organisation's management systems
• Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards
• Liaise with external certification bodies and regulatory authorities to maintain certifications and accreditations
• Provide training and support to employees on management system requirements and best practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to the management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system-related issues
• Continuously monitor industry trends and regulations to recommend enhancements to the management systems

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management system or records management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in implementing and maintaining management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
