Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Guest Reservation
  • Response to guest inquiry in short stays booking
  • Manage the booking and communicate to the guest on check in / out
  • Communicate to cleaner and coordinate the room cleaning schedule
  • Arrange for cleaning/maintenance
  • Stock checking
  • Any ad-hoc that required by SUPERIOR from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferable)
  • Good communication skill and willingness to take initiative at work
  • Fresh graduate from Hospitality Management, Tourism or even Hotel Management
  • Basic computer skills & familiar with Word and Excel
  • Own transport & willing to travel around Klang valley
  • Able to work independently & possess problem solving skills
