Job Responsibility
Guest Reservation
Response to guest inquiry in short stays booking
Manage the booking and communicate to the guest on check in / out
Communicate to cleaner and coordinate the room cleaning schedule
Arrange for cleaning/maintenance
Stock checking
Any ad-hoc that required by SUPERIOR from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least SPM
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferable)
Good communication skill and willingness to take initiative at work
Fresh graduate from Hospitality Management, Tourism or even Hotel Management
Basic computer skills & familiar with Word and Excel
Own transport & willing to travel around Klang valley
Able to work independently & possess problem solving skills
