The Sunway Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a two-year structured programme (full time employment) designed to groom future leaders across the diverse business divisions in Sunway. This programme provides high-caliber young talents with the exposure, mentorship, and leadership development needed to accelerate their careers within Sunway.

One-Month Group Strategy Attachment

• Build research, analytical, and critical thinking skills while working on high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Gain exposure to Sunway’s business landscape, priorities, and decision-making processes before fully integrating into your assigned function.

Full-Time Business Unit/Function Attachment

• Take on real-world business challenges and contribute to key projects within your assigned Business Unit or function.
• Work alongside industry leaders and gain deep functional expertise while driving meaningful impact.

Cross-Functional Group Projects

• Collaborate with fellow MAs on high-visibility, cross-functional projects beyond your core function.
• Solve complex business problems and enhance your agility, innovation, and strategic thinking skills.

Structured Leadership & Professional Development

• Undergo tailored training, mentorship, and direct exposure to senior management to accelerate your career growth.
• Enhance your leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Each MA’s experience will be customized based on their assigned function and business needs, ensuring exposure to relevant industry challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

We are looking for high-potential individuals with the following qualities:

Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 (Second Class Upper) or equivalent, and less than 2 years of working experience in the following fields:

• Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Software Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science
• Architecture, Real Estate, Property Management
• Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management
• Marketing/Branding, Public Relations
• Human Resources
• Hospitality

Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrated proactive leadership in extracurricular activities, holding at least one leadership position during Pre-University or University.

Adaptability & Agility: Highly curious, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.

Collaboration & Purpose-Driven: A strong team player with a desire to contribute to a larger purpose.
