Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and managing the monthly Mall Income Collection (Rental, Promotion Fee, Service Charge, Sales Commission, Temporary Space, Car park & Non-Operating Income).
• Analyzing the weaknesses and strengths of each tenant’s sales performance.
• Coordinating tenant/kiosk recruitment.
• Managing tenants’ feedback, organizing monthly briefings, training, and collaborative events to assist tenants in improving performance.
• Conducting frequent visits to tenant shops to build rapport and collect feedback.
• Developing consistent training on services and crisis or emergency management procedures for frontline staff.
• Compiling feedback from shoppers and keying it into the system for management review.
• Developing good public relations with media, business associates, and community groups through public relations or charity events.
• Conducting event surveys at competitors' locations for mall improvement insights.
• Managing the Car park System & manpower to ensure smooth operations and analyzing Car Count impact on Tenant Sales/Mall Events.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Mall and Retail Leasing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ambitious and aggressive character.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be able to work on a shift basis, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be able to work in AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka, Melaka.
