Malaysia | Customer Service Representative (N1/N2/Native Japanese Speakers) | BPO - Call Center: Hospitality/Travel Project

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (Japanese Speaking) to join our team supporting the World's Leading Travel account. You will play an important role, such as:

  • Handle pre and post reservation inquiries/requests by phone and e-mail.
  • Modify, change, and/or cancel existing reservations.
  • Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrange special requests.
  • Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
  • Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • At least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree certificate in any field.
  • Excellent English & Japanese language skills (Native/JLPT N1 or N2 speakers).
  • Independent & Customer Oriented Person.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
