Maintenance Technician (KIPMall Kota Warisan / Dpulze Cyberjaya)

Number of positions available: 2 (one technician will be assigned to one mall location only)

• KIPMall Kota Warisan, Selangor
• DPulze Cyberjaya, Selangor

Responsibilities Of Maintenance Technician:

• Maintenance of various systems and equipment in the shopping mall, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems, and CCTVs.
• Inspect buildings and equipment regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Implement preventative maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as welding, grinding, and installation as required.
• Monitor electrical, water consumption, and lighting conditions for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure facilities are well-maintained through periodic servicing and repairs.

Requirements:

• Solid physical condition and strength.
• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Certificate in building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus.
