Maintenance Technician (Ijok)

• Monitor repair and maintenance work at the site, including electrical, drainage, plumbing, painting, road, road kerb, ponds toilets, washing of tomb and walkway.
• Ensure that machineries and motor vehicles are maintained according to schedule.
• Supervise the cleanliness of building, road side, ponds and others.
• Supervise and mobilization of maintenance workers.
• Ensure that maintenance policies and procedures are followed.
• Liaise with external technician on maintenance services.
• Ensure that burial site is clean and tidy before arrival of customer during 3rd day praying ceremony.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Able to work on weekends and public holiday. Weekend duty claim will be provided.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ijok.
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
