• To perform a variety of work in process machineries, equipment, facilities, and utilities system maintenance works within the company’s premises.
• To execute the maintenance activity to the machinery equipment in the production line according to the report/request & on call by Superior (Maintenance & Production).
• To perform minimum minor troubleshooting when receiving reports and notify Engineer if major repair is required.
• To perform activity related to Electrical & Mechanical for the manufacturing line.
• To maintain inventory record and assist in performing periodic checking of spare parts inventory.
• To troubleshoot faulty equipment, repairs or replaces broken parts.
• To rectify & fix the failure equipment in the manufacturing & facility building.
• To support new machine tests, installation, and plant expansion projects.
• To participate in preparation for any compliance audit and ISO audit.
• To participate in a Quality improvement plan for continual improvement in quality systems, products, and services.
• To participate in any company activities related to training, employee activities, firefighting, health, safety, and environment (HSE).
• To participate in daily line housekeeping (6S activities) and maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• To work towards achieving department KPIs and overall company quality objectives.
• To undertake job-related tasks as assigned by the superior/ the management.
• Able to work in flexible time (normal & shift working hours).

Requirements:

• Minimum SKM Level 3 or a Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic or its equivalent will be prioritized.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician in the manufacturing field.
• Possess the ability to do troubleshooting.
• Safety and environmental training and experience.
• Willing to work in shift rotation and extra hours.
• Willing to work at hot, noisy and dusty environment.
• Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize.
• Team player and good in collaborations.
• Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual.
