Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance works for building facilities, utility and plant machinery equipment.
• Ensure all the available equipment is in good running condition.

Result Orientation:

• Responsible for attending to any facility equipment breakdown, resolving the issue as soon as possible and reporting to superior.
• Uphold and maintain all facility equipment.

Planning Execution:

• Be fully proactive and aware of occupational health and safety standards at the workplace, ensuring full compliance and safeguarding oneself, colleagues, and the Company from any detrimental incidents.
• Assist superior in preventive maintenance plan, improvement projects, and cost-saving activities.

Problem Solving:

• Attend to any equipment breakdown as soon as possible during operation runs.
• Attend trainings/courses provided by management to enhance knowledge in the related field.

Others:

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
• Basic technical knowledge of machine maintenance & repair work.
• Experience in handling on-site machine repair and welding work.
• Experience in firefighting systems is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in motor & pump maintenance is an added advantage.
• Must have initiative and willingness to learn.
• Computer Literacy: Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work on shift rotation.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; experience working in the food industry is an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
