Maintenance Technician

Adhere to company Organization Norms, Compliance Radar, perform Compliance Radar and Compliance Book.
Adhere to policies, procedures and guidelines set for Quality Management and Environmental Management System.
Practice Schindler Safety Fundamental and promote Safety Behavior.
Respond to customer complaints on lift-related issues and provide rectification accordingly.
Liaise with customers on the signing of servicing checklist and 2nd schedule book.
Respond and provide feedback on customer complaints.
Perform and complete CPSI as scheduled.
Work together with supervisor to complete FI, LPCA, etc.
Support and assist inspectors to carry out tasks and inspections according to JKKP and Fire Dept. regulations.
Attend toolbox meetings.
Support in building teamwork through involvement and communication.
Assist callback technicians on callback issues.
Perform routine service according to the maintenance checklists.
Perform night standby duty.
Follow customer procedures when entering their buildings.
Assist subcontractors for repair jobs.
Assist in NI EI handover inspections.

Certificate in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic, or possess a Diploma in Engineering.
Possess own transport, motorbike, and valid license.
Willing to work independently and responsibly.
