Maintenance Technician

Assist Engineers with the installation, maintenance, and breakdown repair of technical equipment, including engineering, electrical, electronic, and plant improvement projects.

Support production operators during machine changeovers, machine cleaning, and monitor machine operation to ensure optimal performance.

Participate in test runs for new SKUs by operating machines alongside other technicians, the production team, and Engineers.

Provide technical assistance in process development and improvements.

Handle assignments that require sound judgment and initiative, understanding the implications of tasks and offering practical solutions.

Perform preventive maintenance according to the given schedule and standard methods.

Assist Engineers with experiments, data collection, and reporting, including routine tasks such as updating shift reports. Also support the implementation of new processes and the setup of new equipment.

Responsible for operational maintenance and reporting directly to the Maintenance Executive.

Ensure minimal equipment breakdowns and work towards reducing recurring repair issues.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or any related technical field.

At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in the use of maintenance tools and equipment.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
