Maintenance Planner

Location: Sungai Way Brewery
Salary: Up to RM4200

Responsibilities:

1. Works in the planning team together with maintenance engineer and the storekeeper.
2. Interfaces with the planned maintenance execution team and the spare parts store.
3. Most important stakeholder is planned maintenance execution team as internal customer.
4. Working on the CMMS Conversion project.
5. Maintenance Strategies Project.
6. Data management for CMMS.

Requirements:

1. Preferably Technical degree.
2. 1 - 3 years experience in maintenance or operations.
3. Affinity with planning & scheduling; ability to effectively plan ahead.
4. Good knowledge and working experience with maintenance planning, preparation, and scheduling.
5. Good knowledge and working experience with supply and inventory management work processes.
6. Ability to work effectively with the CMMS and with planning/scheduling software.
7. Good reporting and data handling/basic computer skills.
8. Understands workflow management process and master's gatekeeping principle. Is able to chair the gatekeeping meeting and can facilitate the meeting in an effective manner.
9. Ability to work structured and disciplined; set clear (working) priorities in workload and able to keep to agreements and work under pressure/stress (i.e. ensures the planned workflow does not suffer from multiple breakdown interferences).
10. Proficient in spoken and written English.
