Maintenance Planner

Location: Sungai Way Brewery
Salary: Up to RM4200

Responsibilities:

• Works in the planning team together with the maintenance engineer and the storekeeper.
• Interfaces with the planned maintenance execution team and the spare parts store.
• Most important stakeholder is the planned maintenance execution team as the internal customer.
• Working on the CMMS Conversion project.
• Maintenance Strategies Project.
• Data management for CMMS.

Requirements:

• Preferably a technical degree.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in maintenance or operations.
• Affinity with planning & scheduling; ability to effectively plan ahead.
• Good knowledge and working experience with maintenance planning, preparation, and scheduling.
• Good knowledge and working experience with supply and inventory management work processes.
• Ability to work effectively with the CMMS and with planning/scheduling software.
• Good reporting and data handling/basic computer skills.
• Understands workflow management processes and master's gatekeeping principle. Is able to chair the gatekeeping meeting and can facilitate the meeting effectively.
• Ability to work structured and disciplined; set clear (working) priorities in workload and able to keep to agreements and work under pressure/stress (i.e., ensures the planned workflow does not suffer from multiple breakdown interferences).
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
