Maintenance Planner

Job Responsibilities:

1. To come out with standard Preventive Maintenance Plan.
2. To prepare standard task list and proper procedure for PM program.
3. Generate PM work order and create necessary schedule.
4. To record daily maintenance tasks done by maintenance staff.
5. Come up with summary compilation of task records.
6. Track necessary tasks/job repairs pending and prepare a plan for repairing.
7. To check with the spare part section for part availability if planning for repair jobs.
8. To assist maintenance executive in training preparation and training records.
9. Develop maintenance and training manuals.
10. Familiarize and understand related machinery and processes.
11. Understand and be knowledgeable about various types of tools required for related machines/equipment.
12. The maintenance planner must communicate well with the production planner and also the maintenance team to ensure smooth maintenance planning.
13. To attend ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager/superior related to operation/maintenance.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or SPM.
2. 3 years working experience in a related field.
3. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Knowledge and experience in FSSC22000, ISO 22000, MS ISO 9001, and HACCP and Halal standards will be an added advantage.
