Responsibilities:

Maintenance Manager

1. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for equipment and facilities.
2. Lead maintenance teams and create SOPs.
3. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
4. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and records.
5. Manage spare parts inventory and external vendors.
6. Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption.
7. Manage maintenance budgets and recommend equipment upgrades.

Chargeman (33kV)

1. Maintain switchgears, MSB, cables, and transformers per legal requirements.
2. Plan and execute routine and breakdown maintenance.
3. Coordinate plant equipment replacement and refurbishment.
4. Work with energy consultants for energy efficiency reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience in switchgear and transformer maintenance is a plus.
