Maintenance Manager

Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

1. Manage, sustain and improve all relevant maintenance management systems.
2. Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works.
3. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
4. Create and implement best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
5. Recruit, lead, coach and support the maintenance team.
6. Ensure adequate training and qualification of technicians to build their maintenance capabilities.
7. Ensure continuous improvement in PM system and 6S at the work environment to reduce equipment downtime and maintain safety.
8. Ensure proper maintenance and recovery of machine post maintenance, enabling the highest possible machine uptime for production.
9. Ensure proper maintenance procedures and tasks are performed accordingly.
10. Ensure adequate spare parts availability to reduce equipment downtime.
11. Optimize equipment according to standard procedures, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
12. Perform root cause analysis to resolve problems and effectively prevent issue recurrence.
13. Input and hold responsibility for maintenance budgets.
14. Work closely with the Head of Operations to develop best-in-class maintenance strategy and contribute to potential cost-saving projects.
15. Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Minimum Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree in any relevant engineering field with 3-5 years direct managerial experience.

Preferred Qualification:

MUST HAVE:

1. Solid technical knowledge in large automated machines.
2. 8D problem solving.
3. FMEA.

Good To Have:

1. Experience in maintaining and repairing precision machining equipment (CNC Milling, CNC Turning & Ultrasonic and Precision Cleaning Machine).
2. Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
3. Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
