About the Role

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for coordinating and supervising repair and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and quality of all equipment and training functions. This role requires technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance processes and enhance product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all repair and maintenance works on all equipment and training functions to boost overall performance, efficiency, and quality.
• Assess and evaluate the performance of the UAS in operation (internal and external) using engineering, maintenance, and aviation tools.
• Adopt all maintenance processes to achieve continuous improvement in maintenance flow, management, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve, improvise, and improve processes or products.
• Report and communicate with suppliers on product reliability and warranty processes.
• Maintain consistent engagement with authorities for the latest adoption of safety procedures.
• Maintain and improve all work records for data acquisition and safekeeping.
• Lead the assessment of reporting subordinates and develop plans to improve the team.
• Support any possible integration growth.
• Regularly observe and assess customer needs, recommending additional products and services.
• Commit and discharge duties in compliance with ISO 9001 and CAD6011 (II) requirements/standards.

About You

• Competency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in People and Maintenance segment.
• Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Aviation, or any other engineering discipline.
