Maintenance Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop maintenance strategies and procedures together with the Maintenance Manager

2. Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the maintenance strategies and monitoring schedule compliance

3. Ensure the continuous proper use of CMMS software and keeps a record of all maintenance activities

4. Performing routine maintenance on equipment and responding to equipment failures

5. Diagnosing problems and together with the team, determine the best course of action to take

6. Maintaining and managing supplies, spare parts, and equipment inventories

7. Maintaining records of costs, incidents, and procedures associated with maintenance and repair

8. Takes part in the continuous improvement process to improve productivity and quality

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent background or
2. Working Experience as Maintenance Technician, minimum 3-5 years
3. Technical skill such as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
4. Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
5. Working knowledge of facilities’ machines and equipment
6. Experience with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
7. Displays a good command of English and Malay
8. Good computer literacy
