About the role
As the Maintenance Coordinator at Western Elevators Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our elevator maintenance services. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and will involve coordinating the activities of our maintenance team to deliver exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities for our fleet of elevators across multiple client sites
- Liaising with customers to understand their needs and communicate maintenance plans
- Monitoring the performance of the maintenance team and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and generating reports for management
- Providing support and guidance to the maintenance technicians as needed
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to identify new business opportunities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance coordination or similar role, preferably within the elevator or mechanical services industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with maintenance scheduling and dispatch software, as well as experience in report generation
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a focus on continuous improvement
Working Hours
Monday - Saturday - 830am to 530pm
