Machine Operator

About the role

Metalwerks Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Operator/Operator Technician to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our manufacturing operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Operate and monitor machinery used in the sheet metal fabrication process, including CNC machines, press brakes, shears, punches, laser cutters and more.
2. Load raw metal sheets into the machines and ensure proper alignment.
3. Adjust machine settings and perform minor adjustments to ensure precision and accuracy.
4. Involve in project works such as fabrication, stick sticker & etc.
5. Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment.
6. Multitasking.

What we're looking for

1. Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the metal fabrication or machine operation industry.
2. Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain various production equipment and machinery.
3. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on production data.
6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
