Machine Operator

• Operate on semi-automatic equipment to produce RFID products (chip implanting, copper coil winding, welding, lamination, etc.)
• Operate equipment and handle material and tooling
• Perform necessary in-process quality checks to ensure output is consistent from start to finish.
• Study and understand work instructions and specifications to determine correct method of setup and process control for material conversion.
• Alert management of equipment problems.
• Measure product output during the converting process to ensure conformance to specification.
• Complete processing of manufacturing order and record material usage and labor within the company's enterprise resource system.
• Conduct troubleshooting and preventative/routine equipment maintenance.
• Process information from the production orders
• Inspect the finished product for defects
• Communicate with co-workers about job specifications and requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Machine Operator in Manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle tasks under pressure.
• Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Must have the ability to apply information and variables learned from one task or project to other similar situations.
• Possess career growth from operator level to supervisor and even to better position.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. Preferably international University education
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Skills: Efficient and attentive to detail.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

Conditions:

• Place of work: i-Park Senai airport office, Johor
• 5 days a week, 9:00 – 18:00
• 6 (Six) months probationary period for evaluation of alignment with company requirements and expectations.
