Job Title : Finance Executive

Salary Range : RM 5000 - RM 6000

Working Hours : 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Working Location : Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, KL

Job Description

1. Oversee and analyze daily financial activities, AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets and preparation of full set of accounts.
2. Check and execute internal audit role over all AP and AR transactions monthly.
3. Check and audit bank reconciliations monthly and resolve any abnormalities and reconciliation issues.
4. Perform internal audit and monthly closing of bookkeeping.
5. Monitor and report cash flow daily balance and weekly forecast.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
7. Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, monitor performance against budgetary targets, and provide variance analysis.
8. Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection.
9. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
10. Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters.
11. Liaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries, etc.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years related experience.
