Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Salary Range: RM3200 to RM4800

Working Location: Pekan Nanas, Malaysia

Company Background: Metal Recycling

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Friday)

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive shall assist the Marketing Manager in the planning, execution, and optimization of the Company's online marketing efforts.

Job Descriptions:

1. Assist in developing marketing campaigns, tactics, and strategies for the precious metals recycling business, particularly in catalytic converter recycling as well as gold and silver recovery.
2. Run Google Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns and Facebook advertising campaigns using Metaverse Business Suite.
3. Responsible for creative content writing for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, and other marketing materials for brand awareness and lead generation.
4. Attend to all customer inquiries and feedback from social media platforms and other communication channels.
5. Research market, industry, and competitor information for marketing and idea development to raise brand awareness and capture qualified leads.
6. Coordinate and arrange for the production of marketing materials.
7. Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure digital marketing campaigns KPIs are met.
8. Assist in monitoring competition and provide new ideas for improvement.
9. Assist in updating CRM leads.
10. Report to the Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
3. Strong in English (both verbal and written) comprehension and communication is a must.
4. Knowledge in WordPress, SEO, SEM, and Facebook Advertising.
5. Experience in the recycling and waste management industry is an added advantage.
6. Able to work effectively both independently and as a team player.
7. Must be able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to ensure seamless communication with our business team.
