To attend troubleshooting and repairing container handling equipment breakdown such as QC and RTG.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To attend troubleshooting and repairing container handling equipment breakdown such as QC and RTG.
To perform daily monitoring and assisting Capex Project by vendor and repair activities and corrective maintenance programs as scheduled by the Capex Engineer.
To carry out modification works for the container handling equipment such as QC and RTG planned and scheduled by the Capex Engineer with proper spare parts planning.
To do daily routine checks on the container handling equipment such as QC and RTG Capex Units.
To maintain and be responsible for personal or group tools equipment.
To ensure safety gears are being used and daily tasks are carried out in a safe manner.
To prepare daily work performance report and submit punctually to Capex Engineer.
To contribute ideas, suggestions, and innovative working methods to improve machine performance.
To ensure workplace and equipment cleanliness always to prevent unsafe conditions at the workplace.
To follow up on other jobs required by the Capex Engineer to complete given tasks within the time frame.
To troubleshoot warranty machines from Capex and assist the vendor during the warranty period.
To perform function tests by preparing load testing for RTG and QC after completion of the Capex Project.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Basic electrical control panel knowledge
Knowledge, experience, and skills in safety, mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, welding skills, and proper usage of tools
Able to read simple engineering drawings
Able to use basic testing instruments
Knowledge in equipment, especially for QC and RTG
Computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel
