M&E Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise M&E activities on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire protection.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, inspection records, and safety compliance documents.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in M&E work, preferably in high-rise residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
