Provide green advisory services from pre-construction to detailed design and construction design until project completion and successful handover. Develop and implement strategies for achieving green building certifications such as GBI, LEED, GreenRE, and other relevant certification bodies.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate sustainable design principles into building projects. Liaise with project teams to complete all required submissions to certification bodies.
(if required) Conduct energy modeling, simulations, and analysis to optimize building performance.
Review and approve materials and systems to ensure compliance with sustainability goals.
Manage project timelines and ensure that sustainability objectives are met within budget and schedule. Perform site checks and inspections to monitor construction progress and adherence to sustainable design specifications.
Provide training and support to project teams on sustainable design practices and technologies.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in sustainable design and construction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as LEED AP, GreenRE Manager, or WELL AP are highly desirable.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sustainable design and construction will have added advantage. (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply)
Strong knowledge of energy modeling, commissioning, and sustainable building practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
